Pam is a long-time civic activist in the Holy Cross neighborhood of New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward. Raised in Roxbury, Massachusetts, she has lived in Holy Cross/Lower Nine for 17 years. She is president of the Holy Cross Neighborhood Association, a founding member of Citizens Against Widening the Industrial Canal, board member for Smart Growth Louisiana and program coordinator for the Louisiana Bucket Brigade Holy Cross/Lower Ninth Ward Initiative.
