Morgan Williams, a New Orleans native, graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies at Oberlin College, and with a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School. With a Fellowship from Equal Justice Works and Fannie Mae, Mr. Williams is working as a fair housing specialist at the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center, serving low-income, disabled New Orleans residents who need access to housing.
