Committee Chair: Treasurer

Responsibilities of committee:

• Assures IRS commitments are being met: payroll taxes and annual 990 (due every   November 15th)
• Supervises financial work of CPA, LABB Administrator and Executive Director
• Assures production of monthly reports, including statement of financial position,  balance sheet, year to date budget report, fund balances
• Reviews monthly financial reports
• Reviews some expenses on a quarterly basis,
• Assists in preparation of annual budget starting in April of each year
• Helps manage cash flow,
   Provides Finance Committee Report at board meetings
